Wisk Gen 6 | Uncut Flight Test: August 12, 2026
Against the record
Wisk Generation 6, from Wisk Aero, is at stage 1 of 5 on our ladder: demo only. Shown in videos or staged events; no units with customers. The latest milestone on its record is from 10 Aug 2026: Boeing agreed to hand Wisk, together with drone maker Insitu and SkyGrid, to Archer Aviation in exchange for a stake of nearly 20% in Archer. Boeing keeps access to Wisk's self-flying technology.
This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.
From the video's description
Our aircraft cleared 10 knots! ✈️ Watch the uncut flight as we continue to expand our flight envelope and build speed.
