Bear Robotics at the National Restaurant Association Show 2024
Against the record
Servi, from Bear Robotics (majority owned by LG Electronics), is at stage 4 of 5 on our ladder: paying customers. Delivered and paid for, beyond pilots. The latest milestone on its record is from 16 May 2026: Bear Robotics showed Servi Q, a smaller Servi made with SoftBank Robotics for narrow, crowded places, at the National Restaurant Association Show 2026. Bear says Servi is used in thousands of venues.
This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.
