Against the record

Servi, from Bear Robotics (majority owned by LG Electronics), is at stage 4 of 5 on our ladder: paying customers. Delivered and paid for, beyond pilots. The latest milestone on its record is from 16 May 2026: Bear Robotics showed Servi Q, a smaller Servi made with SoftBank Robotics for narrow, crowded places, at the National Restaurant Association Show 2026. Bear says Servi is used in thousands of venues.

This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.

From the video's description

Servi Q is now commercially available in the US! Plenty of restaurants weren't built with robots in mind. Narrow aisles, tight kitchen corridors and limited turning space have kept automation out of reach for many of them. Servi Q is our most compact service robot yet, built to run food and bus dishes in those spaces while staying stable and reliable through a full service. It fits through aisles as narrow as 18 inches, and when there's no room to turn around it backs out of tight spots. Full glasses stay spill-free over 0.2-inch thresholds, through S-turns and during sudden stops. Its camera-based tray detection can tell when items are placed on the tray and when guests take them off, so it moves on to its next task or heads home without waiting on staff. Servi Q is designed to operate alongside other Servi Q and Servi Plus units in the same restaurant, so adding robots adds capacity …
