Against the record
Element, from Aigen, is at stage 4 of 5 on our ladder: paying customers. Delivered and paid for, beyond pilots. The latest milestone on its record is from 16 Sept 2026: Aigen launched the Element Gen 2 X4, which weeds both in and between crop rows, with fleets offered for the 2027 season. It said it had built more than 100 robots.
This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.
From the video's description
Here’s a fuller version you could drop in: Element Gen 2 is built for all-terrain navigation in any field environment. Lightweight, four-wheel drive, with a fully articulated suspension that keeps every wheel on the ground across ruts, furrows and uneven beds. Because Element is so light, it puts only a fraction of a tractor’s pressure on the soil. That means it keeps working in wet conditions where tractors sink, rut up the field, or have to wait days for the ground to dry. After a rain, Element is back out doing weed control while heavy equipment is still parked.
