Teleoperation
Controlling a robot from a distance, like a remote-controlled car.
Teleoperation means a person controls a robot's movements from somewhere else. It is common in demos of humanoid robots and in training them. A demo that is teleoperated shows what the robot's body can do, not what it can do on its own.
