Against the record
Relay, from Relay Robotics (formerly Savioke), is at stage 4 of 5 on our ladder: paying customers. Delivered and paid for, beyond pilots. The latest milestone on its record is from 30 Sept 2026: Relay put two robots, named Dash and Daisy, into HCA Florida JFK Hospital in Atlantis, Florida, to carry lab samples, pharmacy orders and medicines.
This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.
