Against the record
Hadrian X, from FBR (formerly Fastbrick Robotics), is at stage 4 of 5 on our ladder: paying customers. Delivered and paid for, beyond pilots. The latest milestone on its record is from Oct 2026: FBR's website offers Hadrian for purchase by selected partners, at a base price of A$7.8 million. It lists a top speed of 360 blocks an hour.

From the video's description
🤖🔥 Mantis™ has completed its first welding trials. In this latest update, CEO Mark Pivac showcases the first welds performed by FBR's Mantis™ robotic welding system using a temporary Fronius welding setup while the final production welding equipment is still being delivered. The team successfully tested several weld types commonly used in heavy fabrication industries, including: - 1G down-hand flux core welds - 2F fillet welds - 2G horizontal groove welds These early trials represent an important milestone in the development of Mantis™, validating key aspects of the robot's dynamic stabilisation, calibration and welding capability. While there is still more development and testing ahead, this marks the first time Mantis™ has performed the task it was ultimately designed to do. And judging by the team's reaction, the results were pretty impressive. #Mantis #Robotics #Engineering #…
