Against the record
Black Swan, from Dronamics, is at stage 1 of 5 on our ladder: demo only. Shown in videos or staged events; no units with customers. The latest milestone on its record is from 12 Feb 2026: Dronamics launched a military version of the Black Swan for surveillance, with sensors from German defence firm Hensoldt. Demonstrations were planned for later in 2026.
This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.
From the video's description
✈️ No pilots on board. Yet - eyes in the sky. 👨✈️ As a remotely-piloted aircraft, the Black Swan crew remains on the ground, yet they have eyes in the sky. Join them in enjoying these breathtaking views from above.
