Against the record
Black Swan, from Dronamics, is at stage 1 of 5 on our ladder: demo only. Shown in videos or staged events; no units with customers. The latest milestone on its record is from 12 Feb 2026: Dronamics launched a military version of the Black Swan for surveillance, with sensors from German defence firm Hensoldt. Demonstrations were planned for later in 2026.
This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.
From the video's description
Before the Black Swan takes to the skies, we perfect every detail using quarter-scale prototypes. They allow us to test rapidly, learn continuously, and build the safety and reliability that define the world’s first cargo drone airline.
