Atlassian Williams Racing's Alex Albon prepares for the track in a Zoox robotaxi
Against the record
Zoox robotaxi, from Zoox (Amazon), is at stage 5 of 5 on our ladder: regulator-cleared or mass market. Cleared where approval applies, or widely sold. The latest milestone on its record is from 3 Sept 2026: Zoox added paid rides to and from Las Vegas's Harry Reid International Airport.
This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.
From the video's description
When the driving is handled for you, your journey becomes whatever you need it to be. A workspace, a reset space… or, if you’re Williams Racing driver Alex Albon, a place to practice for your next race.
