Against the record
NEO, from 1X Technologies, is at stage 2 of 5 on our ladder: pre-orders. Orders or deposits taken; not delivered. The latest milestone on its record is from 13 May 2026: In May 2026, 1X still planned to deliver NEO to its first private buyers in the US by the end of 2026. The first robots were working in 1X's own factory.
This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.

We're excited to announce our new HQ in Palo Alto [CA]. As we grow, consolidating our Sunnyvale [CA] and Moss [Norway] team under one roof will accelerate our speed to ramping production and getting NEO into homes near you.
