Drones
Cleveland Clinic announced it had begun drone delivery of some prescription medicines with Zipline, within five miles of its Beachwood campus in Ohio.
A dated step forward on the record
What the source says
“The service will initially focus on an area within a five-mile radius of Cleveland Clinic's Beachwood Administrative Campus.”
What it means
Zipline, from Zipline, is at stage 5 of 5 on our ladder: regulator-cleared or mass market. Its stage is set by other milestones on its record; this one adds to the history.
Human help: The maker hasn't said whether people help it remotely.
