That Will Never Work | Kodiak Turns Doubt Into Progress
Against the record
Kodiak Driver, from Kodiak AI (Kodiak Robotics), is at stage 4 of 5 on our ladder: paying customers. Delivered and paid for, beyond pilots. The latest milestone on its record is from 8 Oct 2026: Kodiak and carrier Charger USA began self-driving freight runs between Dallas and Laredo.
This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.
From the video's description
We love to hear the skeptics say: “That’ll never work.” Because that’s how we know we’re building something that matters. Kodiak is proving what’s possible in AI-powered transportation.
