The story of Vicarious Surgical’s engineering journey continues. Phase 1 was defined by learning through iteration. From 2014 to 2018, our small team of founders and engineers developed nine prototypes, tackling every challenge from articulation to camera design. Each failure and breakthrough laid the technical foundation for everything that followed.
