Against the record
Wayve AI Driver, from Wayve, is at stage 4 of 5 on our ladder: paying customers. Delivered and paid for, beyond pilots. The latest milestone on its record is from 3 Sept 2026: Uber and Wayve opened robotaxi rides to the public in London. A safety driver is still aboard, and fares start the same as normal Uber rides.
