Against the record
Torc driverless trucks, from Torc Robotics (Daimler Truck), is at stage 1 of 5 on our ladder: demo only. Shown in videos or staged events; no units with customers. The latest milestone on its record is from 24 Feb 2026: Torc began testing its trucks on public roads around Ann Arbor, Michigan, adding to its test areas in Dallas-Fort Worth and Blacksburg, Virginia.
This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.
