Against the record

Keenon delivery robots (T-series, DINERBOT, XMAN), from Keenon Robotics, is at stage 5 of 5 on our ladder: regulator-cleared or mass market. Cleared where approval applies, or widely sold. The latest milestone on its record is from 18 July 2026: At the World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai, Keenon showed its XMAN-R1 humanoid making drinks with NOWWA Coffee. It said the tasks ran on their own, without remote control.

This video comes from the maker's own channel, and makers show their robots at their best. The stage above comes from dated public records, not from the video.

From the video's description

In a supermarket or retail store, every minute counts. A promotion needs to be announced. A shelf needs restocking. A spill appears near the entrance. These small moments shape the experience—and pull staff in different directions. KEENON’s robots step in right there. They share live offers and store news, deliver heavy items to improve replenishment efficiency, and keep floors clean across the sales floor, entrances, back areas, and parking lots. From flagship hypermarkets to local groceries and chain retail stores, they take on the routine work that slows teams down. Smart retail isn’t about putting on a tech show. It’s about giving store staff room to do what only people can do: listen, help, and connect. Less repetition. Less strain. Higher efficiency. More interaction. #KEENONRobotics #CommercialRobot #ServiceRobot #CleaningRobot #DeliveryRobot #SmartRetail
